Please return the subscriptions slip provided with payment along with gift aid form.
Halloween Camp - Age 10 - 12 1/2
Where? Bonaly Outdoor Centre
When? Friday 28th October 7pm - 9:30am Saturday 29th October.
How Much? £10.00
The evening will include Halloween themed entertainment and wide games.
The camp is for one night and Scouts will be expected to camp at Bonaly overnight on the Friday.
A snack for supper on Friday and breakfast before they leave on the Saturday will be supplied. (Scouts should have their evening meal before arriving at Bonaly)
The activities start at 8pm and scouts should therefore arrive at 7pm to pitch their tents.
There are limited places, please let Chris know before Monday 26th September if you want to go.
Hill Walking Weekend
Who for? Scouts aged 12 1/2 and over
When? 9am Saturday 8th - late afternoon Sunday 9th October
Where? Bonaly Outdoor Centre
How Much? £15
This weekend is for scouts who are at least have some experience and interest in hill walking. The aim is to get through the Hill Walking badge over the weekend.
Scouts will be expected to camp overnight on the Saturday and be able to cook their own breakfast on the Sunday morning. Lightweight camping is recommended. Saturday evening meal and Sunday lunch is provided.
Again numbers are limited, please let Chris know is you want to go by Monday 26th September.
Chief Scouts Commendation for Good Service
Not to blow my own trumpet but I have been awarded the above for my work in scouting over the years.
Presentation of award will be during the Area AGM 4th October at St Thomas of Aquin’s High School.
